Baking Day

Saturday was my baking day - I was baking as a crazy guy: First a pizza and then I did two cakes - a chocalate cake and an "Aargauer Rüeblitorte" (carrot cake). My pizza burnt a bit, but it tastes great. For the chocolate cake I did the error of taking half of hazelnuts/filberts instead of only almonds (the chocolate taste is covered by the hazelnuts).

I hope I will be a good cook when I come back to Switzerland ...
